I like how expressive this is and not painfully trying to copy some photograph of the actor. Its much more catching and you caught his stare - the eyes I mean.

Thank you so much! I can't draw too realistically, even if I try, so this degree of "realism" is what I settle for :) And thanks for mentioning the stare - that's something I consciously tried to bring out.
